Two Hour Past Life Exploration Workshops 

I am a Level 2 QHHT® practitioner trained under the Dolores Cannon method of hypnosis, and I am going to take you places during this past life group regression workshop! First, I will facilitate the group into a light hypnotic state and then guide everyone into a past life to help you better understand your current life’s circumstances. I will also guide you to bring in your Guardian Angel to receive a message and a gift. Then I will lead the group to a future life, where you will also gain added insights into your current life. Finishing up with a fun game. Come prepared to have your questions answered through your past life connections. This is going to be a fun and interactive approach to gaining wisdom for your life.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pen and pillow for your comfort. For best results, it is recommended that you refrain from consuming caffeinated drinks for at least four hours before the workshop and take some time to meditate and ground yourself beforehand.
