Two Hour Past Life Exploration Workshop

I am a Level 2 QHHT® practitioner trained under the Dolores Cannon method of hypnosis, and I am going to take you places during this past life group regression workshop! First, I will facilitate the group into a light hypnotic state and then guide everyone into a past life to help you better understand your current life’s circumstances. I will also guide you to bring in your Guardian Angel to receive a message and a gift. Then I will lead the group to a future life, where you will also gain added insights into your current life. Finishing up with a fun game. Come prepared to have your questions answered through your past life connections. This is going to be a fun and interactive approach to gaining wisdom for your life. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pen and pillow for your comfort. We are going to have fun! See you soon.

Soulful Saturday Retreats

Soulful Saturday, next date TBD for a rejuvenating and soulful journey designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. We begin the retreat with a chakra alignment movement meditation, followed by a guided Past Life Exploration to explore both a past and future lifetime to wisdom of your soul’s journey through lifetimes, you will also meet and receive a gift and message from your guardian angel. This meditative experience is designed to help you gain insight and clarity, offering healing that can impact your present life. We will end with a crystal bowl meditation. A light snack and water will be provided, and an appreciation gift bag will be gifted to attendees. This retreat is a sacred space to come together, share energy, and experience personal transformation. No prior experience is required—just come as you are, with an open heart and a readiness to explore.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely. Join us for an evening of healing, movement, and deep connection with your true self.
