2 Hour Past Live Exploration Workshop
I am a Level 2 QHHT® practitioner trained under the Dolores Cannon method of hypnosis, and I am going to take you places during this past life group regression workshop! First, I will facilitate the group into a light hypnotic state and then guide everyone into a past life to help you better understand your current life’s circumstances. I will also guide you to bring in your Guardian Angel to receive a message and a gift. Then I will lead the group to a future life, where you will also gain added insights into your current life. Finishing up with a fun game. Come prepared to have your questions answered through your past life connections. This is going to be a fun and interactive approach to gaining wisdom for your life. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pen and pillow for your comfort. We are going to have fun! See you soon.
Quarterly Soulful Saturday Women’s Retreat – Next retreat coming in January/February of 2025
We begin the afternoon with a Sound Bath, where the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls and other instruments will bring you into a deep state of relaxation and balance, preparing your mind and body for deeper exploration.
Following this, dive into a guided Past Life Regression Workshop to access the memories and wisdom of your soul’s journey through past lives. This meditative experience is designed to help you gain insight and clarity, offering healing that can impact your present life.
We’ll close the day with an exhilarating Ecstatic Dance session. Let your body move freely to the rhythm of the music, releasing any remaining tension and embracing your full, joyful expression. This celebration of movement will leave you feeling empowered, connected, and recharged.
This retreat is a sacred space for women to come together, share energy, and experience personal transformation. No prior experience is required—just come as you are, with an open heart and a readiness to explore.
